Eddie Howe’s assistant manager Jason Tindall has urged his side to fight for the final five games after their humiliating defeat to Aston Villa.

Newcastle’s winning run of six games in all competitions was halt after they were thrash 4-1 by Aston Villa in their last league game. With Tindall forced to sit out the game with Eddie Howe recovering from pneumonia.
Tindall said: “We’ve played three games in six days and we’re playing against a great team like Villa. We did OK in เล่นเกมคาสิโน UFABET ทันสมัย ฝากถอนง่าย the second half but by about 60 minutes it was gone.
“From our point of view, we are not happy with the goal we concede. But we do not blame the players’ attitude. We are in a great position, we are third in the Premier League and we have five finals left.”
Meanwhile, the race for a place in the UEFA Champions League is more intense because 3rd place Newcastle is only 5 points ahead of 7th place Chelsea, who have played 1 less match.
The Premier League will have five places in the Champions League next season, with Liverpool and Arsenal likely to book the first two places, leaving the other five teams from third to seventh place competing for the remaining three places.
