Brendan Rodgers admitted that the sharpness after Leicester City got off to a great start and couldn’t bury the goal. Leading up to a defeat against Manchester United,
Leicester played an excellent first half, especially early in a game. Where there should have been a goal, but was brilliantly saved by David de Gea.
They dominated the game and couldn’t do it. Finally, when Manchester United attacked back, it was scored by Marcus Rashford.
In the second half their form dropped and ended in defeat, and Rodgers thought the game would have been different had it not been for the chance.
“We started the game very well, really dangerous, got the ball into the final third very well. We had chances, we couldn’t bury them. They had one chance and scored. That’s the difference in decisiveness,” Rodgers said. the UFABET report
“In the first half we had enough chances, disappointing with the goal we conceded, Marcus Rashford we controlled the game but we lost the ball from an easy position and they attacked back and he scored
. Didn’t create enough chances We didn’t have the ball, we didn’t pass the ball well enough and then they fired two shots. Help them play more comfortably in that game ′′
There are opportunities, but we just can’t bury them. Sometimes it’s like that. We’ve shown we can score goals and be creative from the back in the last two games, but we didn’t do that today but we created chances and if we scored one or two goals in the first half it would have been the game. Different than this ′
′ The second half we were disappointing. Especially when we lost the ball leading to the second goal, a bit too easy for the third we have to keep the ball better. We just had to play easy but we were forced to pass and lose the ball so it was frustrating.
“We got 6 out of 9 points in three difficult matches. Now we’re back at home and we’ve got a tough game against Arsenal, but the fans will be cheering. We will be ready for that game but hopefully it will be another good day for us.”
