Portugal coach Roberto Martinez believes star midfielder Joao Palhinha is capable of playing for Bayern Munich and improving the football team.

Asked if the 28-year-old midfielder was good enough for the Bavarians, Martinez replied: “Joao is not only good enough for Bayern. He would take the team to another level.”

For Joao Palhinha, he has extended his contract with Fulham until 2028. But the Cottagers are open to offers for a move away.
