Ingredients :
- Sea bass fillet (sliced) 300 grams สมัคร ufabet
- Miso 80 grams
- 1 tablespoon mirin (Japanese sweet sake)
- 1 egg (yolk only)
- Vegetable oil (for greasing the grill)
- Grated radish
- Japanese steamed rice
How to make Grilled Sea Bass with Miso Sauce?
1. Pour miso and mirin into a pan and heat over low heat. Stir until well combined. Add egg yolk and stir until well combined.
Set aside. 2. Heat up a grilling pan, brush the grid with vegetable oil, and spread the miso sauce (from step 1) over the sea bass. Grill over low heat until cooked. Serve with grated daikon radish and Japanese steamed rice.
This Chilean sea bass recipe is melt-in-your-mouth delicious! I had it at Blue Water Grill in NYC, and it was by far the best sea bass. I’ve ever had in my life. This recipe tastes very close to what I had at that restaurant. They served it with bok choy and sticky rice on the side.
